These terms govern your use of our website and, where applicable, your purchase and use of our professional services. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. We may update content and features from time to time.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Content on this website is provided for general information about neural networks and responsible deployment practices. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice for your circumstances.
3. Services and statements of work
If you engage us for services, the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and any client responsibilities will be set out in a written statement of work or proposal that both parties accept. Where there is a conflict, the statement of work will take priority for that engagement.
4. Client responsibilities
To deliver services effectively, you agree to provide timely access to relevant stakeholders, requirements, and materials, and to ensure you have the rights and permissions needed to share any data, content, or systems access with us.
5. Responsible use and limitations of AI
Neural network systems can produce errors and unexpected outputs. Unless a statement of work explicitly states otherwise, our work supports assistive and human-reviewed workflows and does not guarantee specific outcomes. You remain responsible for final decisions, approvals, and compliance obligations related to your product or service.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, invoicing schedules, and payment terms will be specified in the statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in paused work until accounts are brought up to date.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing materials, templates, methods, and know-how. Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables created for your engagement for your internal business purposes. Any third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to keep such information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe there is abuse or a security risk.
10. Disclaimers
We provide the website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from use of this website. For paid services, any limitations or caps on liability will be specified in the applicable statement of work, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time for security, legal, or operational reasons. For services, termination rights and consequences will be set out in the statement of work.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory laws in your country require otherwise.
14. Contact
If you have questions about these terms, contact us at [email protected] or use our contact page.
Practical note
If you plan to advertise AI-enabled products, keep claims specific and verifiable. Avoid suggesting guaranteed results. We can help review user-facing wording as part of an engagement.
